Shipping method

All our items are shipped and delivered by Canada Post. Your order will be sent in 1-2 business days and delivered in 4-5 business days. Orders will be sent throughout Canada.

Note: Due to the large volume of purchases during seasonal events, there might be shipping delays. The email you receive with tracking information is the most reliable source of updates and order timing.

Modifying or canceling the order

Note: If we are unable to cancel or amend the purchase before it is processed, you will be liable for all shipping expenses, including return postage.

Shipping back to us

Note : Keep in mind that our team may not receive returns for 7 to 10 days. Please contact the team if you have not received your refund/exchange within 10 working days.
