Shipping method

All our items are shipped and delivered by Canada Post. Your order will be sent in 1-2 business days and delivered in 4-5 business days. Orders will be sent throughout Canada.

Note: Due to the large volume of purchases during seasonal events, there might be shipping delays. The email you receive with tracking information is the most reliable source of updates and order timing.

Modifying or canceling the order

If you need to change or cancel your purchase, please contact customer support right away at  admin@wavesflipflops.ca  or  +1-647-885-9665 . We will do our best to assist you. Note: If we are unable to cancel or amend the purchase before it is processed, you will be liable for all shipping expenses, including return postage.

Shipping back to us

Send an email to admin@waves.ca to request your free returns label. To return your goods, send it to our address Waves Ltd, PO BOX 686, Toronto, ON, Canada. Note : Keep in mind that our team may not receive returns for 7 to 10 days. Please contact the team if you have not received your refund/exchange within 10 working days.
