Returns and Exchanges

We understand that you need to try them on for fit and comfort, but if you intend to return them, please wear them only on clean surfaces, carpet, and inside (never outside). We cannot accept returned shoes that have been used or changed noticeably. Waves will review the returned products to decide, in its sole discretion, whether the customer is entitled to a refund.

On unused products returned within 14 days, we are pleased to give you a refund or exchange. Also, we are happy to give a refund or exchange if the item is damaged when you receive.

If all of the return requirements are satisfied, you will get an email confirming that your return was approved, and Waves will reimburse the purchase price of the returned products, less any shipping expenses. We will not offer reimbursements for returns that do not meet all of the return requirements, and we will notify you via email that the return was not accepted.

Within fifteen (15) days of receiving such email, you may request that the Product(s) be returned to you, at your expense, in the same condition in which they were received by Waves. If you do not request the return of the products within the specified time frame, you permit Waves and any of its affiliates or agents to keep the products and the amount paid and dispose of the products as it deems appropriate. If you got an erroneous or faulty item, please contact us by phone or email within 30 days of receipt.


  • We need the order number, receipt, or proof of purchase to complete your return.
  • Our return policy is valid for 14 days. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 14 days have passed after your purchase.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a return. It also has to be in its original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns for rubbing or discomfort unless the goods is in re-usable condition and was caused by a manufacturing defect.


We will send you an email after your return has been received and examined to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, your refund will be handled within 7 days and a credit will be promptly credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.

Didn’t receive your refund on time?

Use the following steps to resolve the problem

  • Check the bank account
  • Contact your credit card company. Your refund may take some time to be formally posted in the statement.
  • Contact the bank and inquire about the amount that needs to be credited. Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time.
